The family-run traditional farm HOF ILMEAUE from Dassel in southern Lower Saxony is run jointly by the Körber-Golze family, now in its fourth generation. Idyllically situated in the protected landscape of the Solling-Vogler Nature Park, the farm is home to chickens, geese, ducks and cattle.

Field farming is also practiced. The traditional farm is committed to sustainable land use for the production of its products. Fairness and respect for nature are particularly important to the Körber-Glotze family.

The farm store offers Solling eggs (chicken eggs in various weights and packaging sizes), bee honey, egg liqueur and egg noodles, as well as potatoes and seasonal delicacies from local farms. **Real! excellent:** free-range eggs
