The Solling oil mill from Boffzen is a member of our ECHT! family

The Solling oil mill is a family-run organic manufactory in Boffzen. Since 1996, it has been processing oilseeds and nuts from certified organic farming into high-quality organic cooking oils and delicatessen specialties in the artisanal tradition.

Much of the work is still done by hand, starting with the selection of raw materials and the gentle extraction of oil using small spindle presses, right through to filtration and bottling. The oil mill always produces its products fresh from the mill and in small batches. The valuable oils are always cold-pressed. For Ölmühle Solling, "genuine" means regional ties, freshness, quality and transparency.
