On this site, the "Neue Landschaft Ronneburg" was created from former mining areas. In the 'Neue Scheune', you can experience the history of uranium ore mining on about 770 m² of exhibition space. It then continues past Korbußen with a former, now restored shaft site. Numerous mining objects are displayed along the route. The 'Mining Route' continues on tracks of the former industrial railway to Löbichau. Between Beerwalde and Löbichau is the largest freestanding picture in Germany. Numerous information boards and so-called "time windows" with details about the former mining industry are located along the entire mining route. When traveling from Erfurt, Hof, or Leipzig, take the Gera-Leumnitz exit; from the direction of Dresden/Chemnitz, take the Ronneburg exit. The B 7 runs through the city.
