In respectful handling of regional products, the kitchen team presents daily Eifel specialties, German-French classics and own creations. With great attention to detail, they will make your palate dance.
Five different rooms together form the restaurant. Rooms full of memories and history, stylistically taken into the present time: Wirtschaft & Stübchen, Pitt-Kreuzberg-Stube, im Pääsch, Maaruferstube as well as in the Carré. The connecting component is art. From the artwork on the walls, to the fresh flower arrangements, some from our own garden, to the culinary art on the plate. Delicacies are served here throughout from breakfast, lunch and coffee/cake to dinner. In summer, the garden terrace is additionally available.
