The fitness studio covers an area of 1400 square metres and is equipped with the latest fitness equipment, where you will be looked after by qualified trainers, sports instructors and health economists.
In addition to classic equipment training, Motivitas also offers over 40 indoor and outdoor group fitness courses. You can find the current course schedule and course times at www.motivitas.de/kursplan.
After your workout, you can relax in the studio's sauna and drink a delicious protein shake on the roof terrace to regenerate.
For Saarland Card holders, use of the entire studio is free for 2 hours daily.
In addition, an outdoor course can be booked daily.
