Born in Munich, it was in the Palatinate wine town of Deidesheim that Daniel Schimkowitsch developed his own highly individual an personal style. The restaurant, L. A. Jordan, is his culinary creative workshop and has become a fine example of a new type of gourmet cuisine that is dynamic and upbeat. That means: highly inventive and bold in it's combining of ingredients, inspired by the flavours of Asian cooking, firmly rooted in haute cuisine, tightly focused on essentials and meticulous in terms of preparation and presentation. In sum, it's the charismatic cuisine of a young chef driven by a passion for novel and exceptional taste experiences.

Your host in the restaurant is Cilles Duflot, an experienced French maître d'hôtel, who (like his team) has one overriding aim: to provide impeccable service, ensuring that your wishes and needs are met unobtrusively and absolutely "au point", so that everything at the table proceeds without the slightest hitch. Along with a generous soupcon of French charm and esprit, it goes without saying. Of course, Gilles is the person to ask when it comes to selecting the right wines. As you'll discover, the favourites of this Frenchman are by no means confined to products of the renowned vineyards of his home country. L. A. Jordan Shuttle service

You were guests at the restaurant L. A. Jordan - the restaurant take care of your lift home safely, comfortable and free of charge within a radius of 30 km around Deidesheim. The service is complimentary from Tuesday to Thursday for pick up and return transfers with pre-reservations (minimum 3 days before). On Fridays and Saturdays they're only offering this shuttle service for your way back home between 10 p. m. and 1 a. m. upon availability. Please do understand that they are not able to take reservations on weekends. The complimentary service is available throughout the entire year.
