The Federal Police Orchestra Hannover has the task of maintaining the image of the Federal Police in the public eye. With its professional performances, the orchestra is a significant symbol of popularity and a representative of the Federal Police. The orchestra has an extensive repertoire. This includes: Original compositions of symphonic wind music, film music, rock and pop classics, current hits, swing music in a big band sound as well as highlights from musicals and classical music. The versatility of the Federal Police Orchestra is demonstrated not least by the fact that the musicians also perform in various small and chamber music ensembles.
