The pizza dough at FERMENTI consists of high-quality spelt flour and sourdough which stands for up to 72 hours at 4°C. This makes it especially digestible, airy and at the same time crispy.  For lovers of beer, there is a selection of high-quality Italian stouts on offer – as usually drunk with pizza in Italy. The Italian antipasti and the pastas are worthy of special recommendation.
