For the best possible quality, a master pastry chef and two pastry chef trainees do their best every day to spoil our guests and customers with our well-known specialties such as Mohnstrietzel, Laerer Piepsteine, Loarske Düwelsteene, Bad Laerer Solebrot and Sole-Cräcker in addition to the usual range of tea cookies, pastries, ice cream and cream cakes.
In addition, we offer you numerous seasonal specialties such as Printen, Spitzkuchen, Dominos, our unique cinnamon stars - you have to try them -
Moppen, Biberle, fruit bread and pralines.
Our house specialty "Laerer Piepsteine" has established itself as a souvenir from our beautiful spa town. A cream canache fresh praline that is very popular with our visitors and guests.
