"In culinary terms, the Friedrich is divided into 2 different areas. You can enjoy the cuisine of 'Kleiner Friedrich', our bistro, in the front area on the left at the high tables. Here we offer a modern cross-over cuisine, where you can choose individually from the menu or follow our menu recommendation. Good basic products, flavours to the point and adapted to the season. This is how we would like to present 'Kleiner Friedrich'."
In addition to the fine-dining restaurant Friedrich, which combines modern and classic cuisine, there is also a cookery school, the sushi restaurant Furittsu and the Friedrich wine shop. The Fritz daily is available for events.
Le Chef Lars Keiling: He has been managing director and head chef at Friedrich Genusswelt since 2020 and, following the reopening of Friedrich in October 2021, can already look forward to the Michelin star awarded to Fine Dining Friedrich in March 2022. Born in Saxony-Anhalt, Lars Keiling was self-employed for 10 years with his partner Gina Duesmann with "Keilings Restaurant" in Bad Bentheim. There he was able to celebrate many successes, including 2 Michelin stars, making him one of "Germany's 50 BEST CHEFS"..

Sommelière Gina Duesmann: Born in Grafschaft, she has lived in Bad Bentheim for 10 years after many stations (including la vie, Osnabrück). Now, together with her partner Lars Keiling, she continues to develop the Friedrich Genusswelt.
After training as a sommelière in 2013, she became Germany's best young sommelière in 2014 and the "Sternefresser" restaurant critics also named her Sommelière of the Year 2018. "The hostess and girlfriend of Lars Keiling not only scored points with her wine knowledge, one of the best wine pairings of the year and a large portion of cordiality, but also with rarely experienced quick-wittedness."
