In our restaurant, you can take part in the renaissance of old vegetable and fruit varieties as well as dishes from old domestic animal breeds, which are freshly created by our kitchen team under the motto "Forgotten delights - new experiences".

Regional cuisine is close to our hearts. Our concept "Forgotten delights - experience anew" offers culinary highlights and experiences for the palate and the eye with products that the markets have almost forgotten. All freshly prepared by our head chef Frank Müller.
