How would you like to arrive?
Experience the fascination of flying: accompany the migration of geese to the Elbe floodplain, get to know the numerous guest and breeding birds along the Elbe. From April to August, the stork live camera provides special insights into the nest of the Adebars, which is located not far from the biosphaerium. From the first egg to the fledgling storks, you can see everything up close.
Afterwards, immerse yourself in the unique aquarium landscape and experience the underwater world of the Elbe in our Biberanlage one of the characteristic animals of the Elbe floodplain live.
If the view of the Elbe from the medieval castle tower makes you want to discover the biosphere reserve for yourself on a walk or cycle tour, we will show you the Tourist Information in the biosphere reserve will be happy to show you the most beautiful destinations to the right and left of the Elbe.
