The business has been run by the second generation since 2003. In 2004, a new store was built in part of the barn with an adjoining butcher's kitchen, which complies with today's hygiene guidelines. The range of products has been expanded to include (seasonal) asparagus from the region, potatoes and home-made fruit spreads. The pigs are kept in groups in their own stable on straw bedding and are happy to have their backs scratched. The flock of chickens can scratch or take dust baths in the barn and outdoors as they please.
