Welcome to our certified organic farm!
The respectful use of our natural resources determines the work on our farm, where we grow orchard fruit, lilac berries and keep suckler cows outdoors.
In our own cidery we process our organic fruit into delicious juices and fruit spreads. The fresh lilac berry blossoms (in spring/summer) and the blue cones (in fall) are used to make various types of syrup and fruit spreads in the traditional way. The cider season also begins in mid-September. Then you can bring your own apples, from which 100% natural apple juice is pressed in the farm's own cidery.
In 2013, 2015 and 2019, we were awarded the "Culinary Ambassador of Lower Saxony" award for our lilac blossom syrup, lilac berry juice and the "Heeslinger Apfel" fruit spread. You can find these three products and more together with our home-made juices and fruit spreads in our farm shop in the almost 100-year-old converted barn. In addition to our own products, we also offer many fresh products from friendly farms. These are used to create special gift baskets at the customer's request - with a little more country love. In addition to the many culinary offerings, you will also find beautiful things for the home and garden.
On request, we offer guided tours of the farm for groups of children and adults. On the tours, we show how delicious apples are turned into tasty and healthy apple juice.
We look forward to your visit!
