On our dairy farm, we mainly produce and sell ice cream, but also products such as fresh milk, yogurt and quark. Our own Löhberg cheese is produced by Heidi's mobile cheese dairy from Elsdorf and is cared for by us until it is properly matured.
Our cows enjoy grazing from spring to fall. Production runs entirely on green electricity. Our production is GMO-free, without artificial additives and we try to operate as sustainably as possible in all areas. All our ingredients travel the shortest possible distances. As far as possible, the fruit for our ice cream specialties comes from the region. We make no compromises when it comes to quality: The finest quality vanilla pods are scraped out by hand. Our hazelnut paste comes exclusively from first-class hazelnuts from Piedmont. Of course, vegan sorbets are also available.
We also offer mobile ice cream display cases for celebrations. We will be happy to advise you.
