The wide range of events includes all genres - from opera, operetta and musical to drama, dance theatre, ballet and children's theatre. Great actors such as Ellen Schwiers, Christine Kaufmann, Götz George, Manfred Zapatka, Walter Plathe, Katja Riemann, Christian Kohlund and others have impressed with their skills, as have conductors Justus Frantz and Jószef Lendvay. For several years in a row, the cult "Rocky Horror Picture Show" also caused a sensation and a sold-out house. Comedy stars such as Ralf Schmitz, Marlene Jaschke and Frieda & Anneliese round off the programme for all levels of visitors.
