The starting point for all "V-Ways" is the parking lot in front of the Eggemuseum, Alter Kirchweg 7, opposite the 044 museum locomotive. With the museum behind you, cross the main road, turn left along the Mühlenbach stream and continue along a flight of steps to the railroad underpass. Then enjoy a view of the large railroad viaduct from the viewing platform. From there, continue along the forest path to the Kalkofen parking lot. This is followed by a steep climb that rewards you with magnificent views of the Egge and the Frankental valley. Comfortable Eggesofas invite you to linger along the way. Continue walking until you reach a wooded area, through the Ziegenpatt into the Frankental valley to the "Haus am Rehberg" restaurant. Cross the country road and continue along the forest path to the Sagequelle (Sageborn) and follow the farm track above the tunnel portal. Continue along the grassy path on the right, past the transformer station with stunning views of the railroad station, the viaduct and the village. Now continue left into Ahornstraße, down to the Bollerborn spring. Follow the forest path to Eggering, along the residential buildings to the Driburger Grund leisure facility, and a short climb takes you further along the railroad line to Hossengrund. From there, turn right through the tunnel past the St. Andreas monastery and walk through a residential area to the Hossengrund parking lot. This is followed by a climb through the larch forest. On the Wienacker Kammweg, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the village and the eastern Eggekamm. Past the television amplifier and the Wienacker cross, you reach a farm track. Then keep right and you will reach the Eggemuseum.
