The Goslarer Löwen-Kruste, which has been awarded the "Typisch Harz" regional brand, is a rye and spelt malt bread with two special features. Firstly, it is only sold ¾ baked and specially packaged. The customer bakes it at home - a unique taste and aroma experience. In addition, one EURO from every Löwen-Kruste sold goes to the Goslar-Rammelsberg Lions Club, which uses it to support youth projects.
