I am a personal trainer and Lifetrust coach in Rotenburg (Wümme) and the surrounding area. In both roles, it’s especially important to me to emphasize the value of health on all levels—body, mind, and spirit—so that my clients can cope with their demanding daily lives as effectively as possible.

I offer courses and seminars on the key topics of sleep, exercise, nutrition, and active breaks—my High-Performance Package (HPP).
