Lindenhof – Farm Shop and Market Stalls

According to its own records, Lindenhof has been a Bioland-certified organic farm since 1983. A variety of vegetables, salads, and herbs are grown in the nursery throughout the year. In spring, young plants are also available.
The fields produce various potato varieties, ranging from waxy to floury, as well as wheat, rye, spelt, einkorn, emmer, and naked oats. The whole-grain bakery "Brot und Wein" in Evessen processes grain from Lindenhof into baked goods, which are then sold in the farm shop. Beef is available on pre-order in late autumn.
At the market stalls, the farm's own produce is supplemented by organic vegetables from regional organic farms, as well as organic vegetables and fruit from Southern Europe. In addition to fruit and vegetables, the farm shop stocks cheese, including sheep and goat milk products, baked goods and other natural food products, as well as organic wine and organic beer.
