Oldendorfer niche and specialty products. The Oldendorfer Mühle is a modern craft and business enterprise with a historical background. As one of the last active water mills, it is now in its fourth generation of family management.

Our mill is located in the Lüneburg Heath. Up to 150 tons of high-quality standard flour and special products for bakeries and processing companies are produced here every day. If required, we develop customized niche products for our major customers throughout Germany.

• The mill also has a small farm store (self-service) where various types of flour, bread baking mixes and cake baking mixes can be purchased.
