This includes cheese, meat and sausage specialties, eggs, flours, mueslis, seasonal field and fine vegetables, as well as juices, wines, sparkling wine and cosmetics. The focus is on the company's own cheese, which is produced in its own farm cheese dairy from the milk of the Bauckhof cows in Amelinghausen. The range has now grown to more than 20 varieties: from farmhouse sliced cheese in three age categories to hard cheese, various soft cheese specialties and Heide-Luni.
