Since then, they have developed further and have become essential tools for everyone who wants to manage tourist data efficiently.

The special thing about both tools: they are seamlessly integrated into one.data. In different parts of your datasets, you will find a small one.intelligence button. One click opens either the AI wizard – when it’s about generating texts – or the AI checker – when you want to check and verify information, depending on the context.
This unified interface makes the work intuitive: the same logic, different functions as needed.
What is the AI Wizard?
The AI Wizard helps you create tourist texts automatically. When you click on the one.intelligence button, a dialog opens where you can define the following parameters:

Text length: From short and clear to detailed

Language level: Adjusted to your target group

Writing style: Factual, creative, informative – depending on your needs

Model selection: Which AI model should be used?
The AI wizard then uses the information already stored in your dataset as a base and creates a tailor-made text. You can then check, edit and release the result – you stay in control.
What is the AI Checker?
The AI Checker is your fact-check partner for tourist data. One click on the one.intelligence button on relevant data fields – such as opening hours, average stay duration or prices – starts the verification. The AI Checker researches this information through an integrated web search and provides you with the results for review. Here too, you keep the final control: you check the suggestions and confirm them before they are added to your datasets.
The further development: from standard language models to specialised AI solutions
What has happened since it was introduced? Quite a lot. At first, the AI Wizard still used unchanged language models from OpenAI. Today, it works based on AI models in the one.intelligence platform – an open-source, European-hosted AI platform. This allows us to tailor the AI functions much more specifically to our tourism use cases.
Two specialised base models form the foundation:
- AI-Wizard-OI: Specially prompted and optimised for text generation in tourism contexts
- AI-Checker-OI: Optimised for fact-checking and data research
These base models are already available to you when you activate the AI Wizard – you can start right after activation.
Want even more individuality? Users can also create, adapt and personalise their own AI models on the one.intelligence platform – and then use them for their AI Wizard or AI Checker actions. This is especially useful if you want to consider specific writing styles, regional features or internal editorial logics.
Bulk operations: efficiency on a large scale
Another important development is the bulk operations – the possibility of batch processing. With it, you can now perform many of the AI actions you usually do for single data records also for hundreds of them at the same time.
In practice, this means:
- Model selection: Decide which model should be used
- Multilingualism: Choose from 16 available target languages – the text will be created automatically in all selected languages
- Include media data: Use images and media data as a basis for alt texts
- Smart field management: Define if already filled fields should be skipped or updated
You can also create introduction and description texts, as well as environment-specific texts and summer or winter descriptions. The bulk operations save you hours when managing and updating your whole data base – with consistent quality across all data records.
An important point: The AI tools do not replace your editorial work – they support it. Every text created by the AI wizard and every piece of information researched by the AI checker will be reviewed and approved by you before going live. The quality control stays in your hands.
New feature: AI Wizard and AI Checker now activated for free
Good news: The AI Wizard and AI Checker are now available for free in the standard version for you. The only requirement is an active one.intelligence annual licence.
The usage will then be billed transparently via oi.calls. One oi.call is charged every time a text is generated – per text field generated. This means: if you let the bulk function create 100 introduction texts, 100 oi.calls will be charged. The length of the text doesn’t matter – so you don’t pay for the amount of text, only for the number of generated fields.
Which one.intelligence package suits you?
You can choose between different packages with different oi.call allowances:
Package S: €290 per year with 1,000 oi.calls per month

Where are we heading?
