Genusstour LECKER-LÄNDCHEN

The LECKER-LÄNDCHEN gourmet tour highlights the great variety of regional products. On the 6.5 km hiking trail over the Kasseler Heide and through the idyllic Lauterbach Valley, along fields, pastures and meadows, we get to know the Pleiser Ländchen - the fruit and vegetable chamber in the Siebengebirge Nature Park - and learn about the long tradition of this unique cultural landscape.

Along the way, we discover the background to local agriculture and the products that the land produces at seven stations. We experience how people have shaped this charming cultural landscape and gain an insight into old craft traditions, such as those of millers and bakers. While hiking, you can't help but want to try the delicious regional products offered by farm stores or markets in the Siebengebirge Nature Park.
