To the summit of Rachel by bus and train

This route tour works perfectly thanks to the Igelbus (public transport system) and the Waldbahn (railway). You can choose the scenic ascent to Rachel, along the rushing Flanitz river, which leads the way to the Rachel summit. Then you head onto the wild mountain plateau of Rachel, to the wooden Rachel Chapel and to the clear Lake Rachel. The tour ends with a stop at the Racheldiensthütte.
