On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, the Mandolin Orchestra Huppenbroich will present an extraordinary concert that showcases the diversity and expressive power of the mandolin in all its facets.
The program features well-known and lesser-known works from various countries and styles. Look forward to "Four Seasons," an impressive reinterpretation of Vivaldi's Four Seasons by Klaus Schindler, Japanese sounds of simple, meditative beauty, as well as "Music of Memories" by Alexander König-Ossadtschi, which touches with its finely nuanced sound language.
Between virtuosic joy of playing and poetic sound painting, an evening unfolds that takes you into very different musical worlds - sometimes powerful and lively, sometimes quiet and contemplative.
A concert for all who wish to be enchanted by the delicate, clear tones of the mandolin.
