Additionally, predominantly regional products are offered, supporting sustainability and the local economy. Some stands even support charitable causes, making your purchase doubly enjoyable.
Stroll leisurely from stand to stand, let yourself be inspired by the variety, and enjoy the special framework program. The Folk AG of Hermann-Josef-Kolleg will enchant you with atmospheric Christmas chorals, while the Coppertown Dixie Cooperation from Urft will provide cheerful sounds with lively Christmas pieces. On Saturday, all visitors can look forward to a special audio treat: The concert choir Bonn will give a concert in the basilica at 3:30 PM.
Your sustenance is also well taken care of: The team from the monastery kitchen will pamper you in the refectory with culinary delights, using environmentally friendly reusable dishes. Additionally, there will be hearty sausages from the grill, and the aromatic winemaker's mulled wine from the Steinfelder Hof winery in Kröv will delight you with its inviting scent and taste.
A small note from the organizer: To protect the historic interior areas of the monastery complex, dogs are unfortunately not permitted. We also recommend visitors with strollers to leave them in the entrance area and use baby carriers to enjoy the market experience without worries.
