Naturally, such a fine house roast is not simply brewed in a crude filter machine, but prepared with a hand filter, siphon, AeroPress or French press. Once the perfect coffee is on the table, you can enjoy it and talk shop about the different flavours. The Brühbar has been so successful with its creations that the roasted products are no longer served exclusively in the café in the west of Leipzig. Many other cafés and restaurants in Leipzig now have Brühbar coffee on their menu.
