The Mühlenbäckerei in Schmilka in Saxon Switzerland stands for tradition and craftsmanship. As early as 2 a.m., the old German wood-fired oven is fired up by the master baker, and visitors can buy fresh baked goods baked in the wood-fired oven in the morning, including cakes the size of a wagon wheel. Best of all, everything is certified organic.
