In the heart of the European Culture Park Bliesbruck-Reinheim lies the Taverne Reinheim, a culinary highlight housed in a reconstructed Roman building. Here, history, enjoyment and regional quality come together. It is a place where visitors can dine, relax and experience the historical atmosphere in a special way.
The tavern offers a varied menu that incorporates both Roman influences and regional ingredients from the Bliesgau region. Various types of tarte flambée, burgers, pasta dishes, fresh salad plates, seasonal specialities and sophisticated daily specials ensure plenty of variety. Homemade cakes, coffee specialities from BlackHen and handmade ice cream made from regional ingredients round off the menu.
The selection of drinks is also impressive: beer from Tiny Brew, non-alcoholic refreshments, regional gourmet lemonades and wines from the Ollinger-Gelz organic winery offer the perfect accompaniment for every taste.
The Taverne Reinheim is a place to linger, whether for a light snack on the terrace with a view of the countryside, a cosy lunch or dinner, or festive occasions in an extraordinary ambience. The spacious terrace and garden area invite you to enjoy the surroundings and experience the nature of the Bliesgau region in a relaxed atmosphere.
Host Bernd Pfeil combines craftsmanship, creative ideas and seasonal freshness. The menu is regularly adapted and expanded so that guests can always make new culinary discoveries.
