The Capitol is Aachen’s 1950s-era cinema with a lounge atmosphere.

With its lounge area, a large bar and a good film, the Capitol turns cinema into an all-round experience. In a cosy atmosphere, there are savoury snacks and other nibbles to enjoy during the film, aside from popcorn and nachos. As well as transmitting performances from the Met Opera, the Capitol mainly offers a mix of selected film classics and new titles.
