Church and Monastery in Niederehe
The former Premonstratensian convent was built from 1162 to 1175. It was dissolved in 1803. Particularly worth seeing is the old monastery church, the oldest parts of which date back to the 12th century. Inside, in addition to the tomb of Philip of the Mark and his wife Katharina, there is a choir stall from 1530 as well as valuable artworks from the 17th century. The Balthasar-King organ dates from 1715. Guided tours on request, open all day.
