At the Kurgastzentrum you will find all the information you need for your vacation stay. On the first floor of the listed building you will find the tourist information, the box office, the Salinencafé, the salt grotto and public toilets (during opening hours).
At the southern edge of the spa park, the Kurgastzentrum was built between 1981 and 1983, a multifunctional building with a spacious, garden-architecturally designed green area by architect Günter Behnisch, known for the construction of the Olympic site in Munich.
Large glass surfaces in the direction of the graduation towers and the design theme of delicate mushroom shapes, which is taken up both inside and outside, give the Kurgastzentrum a relaxed, open building form.
The basement of the building wing located on the Salze is equipped with creative rooms, the teaching kitchen and a lecture room.
