The fitness park is located on the green area behind the Thermalsolbad in Salzgitter-Bad and is the ideal meeting place for sports enthusiasts or anyone who wants to become one.

On the initiative of physiotherapist Edda Alex and with the support of the "Lions-Club Salzgitter-Schloß Salder" as well as numerous sponsors and the city of Salzgitter, an open-air fitness park was created at the Thermalsolbad, which is free of charge and open to the public.

Exercising in the fresh air not only puts you in a good mood, but also helps combat stress, strengthens the immune system and increases physical performance. A total of nine pieces of equipment are available for you to use: Balancing track, jumping field, trampoline, slackline, calisthenics, arm pull, push-ups, squat with wobble plate and back stretcher. There are three variations for each piece of equipment, ranging from easy to difficult. The exercises are clearly explained on the individual station boards.

The catering and sanitary facilities of the Thermalsolbad as well as parking spaces and the bus stop for line 618 are in the immediate vicinity.
