Sports entertainment organised by the spa administration

Exercise-loving landlubbers will find a wide range of sports, leisure and relaxation courses here. These include, for example, Thalasso beach gymnastics, circuit training, fitness, Zumba, beach volleyball, beach soccer, jogging, Nordic walking, aqua courses in the oasis, Qigong, brainwalking and much more! Joggers and Nordic walkers will find excellent conditions on Wangerooge - whether on the roads, on the dyke, on the beach or on the thalassotherapy trails.

During the day, you will meet Marc Steffen, the head sports animator of the spa administration, in the entertainment office. Here you can borrow play equipment and sports materials. The children's entertainment office is also located here.
