In the Bad Gandersheim collegiate church, you will discover the abbey treasure and follow in the footsteps of Ottonian rulers and noble abbesses. The former Brunshausen Abbey invites you to get to know the strong women of the abbey: visionaries, empresses, scholars, religious warriors, the famous German poet Roswitha von Gandersheim and the prince abbess Elisabeth Ernestine Antonie. In the so-called summer palace of this abbess, baroque joie de vivre, the need for representation and a thirst for knowledge merge into a total work of art
