Wassersportrevier Vörder See

Lake Vörder is located in the middle of the Bremervörde Nature and Adventure Park, the green jewel of the town on the Oste river.

With a water surface area of approx. 45 hectares, a maximum length of 1,150 m and a depth of around 2 m, the lake is a dream spot close to the town for sailing, surfing, rowing and stand-up paddling. A boarding area with a small jetty is located in the northern part of the lake near the lake stage.

Or how about a round of pedal boating? Pedal boats can be hired from the kiosk next to the mini golf course.

If you prefer to explore Lake Vörder from the shore, you can walk or cycle around it. There are plenty of places to take a break along the way. In some places, you can also dip your feet in the water, cast a fishing rod or do a round of Kneipp water treading.

For a break in between or to end the day, the "Haus am See" restaurant with its sun terrace and beer garden is the ideal location for a drink or dinner with a view of the lake.
