The seven "Hö trails" through Hövelhof and the surrounding area are ideal for day trippers and lovers of short distances. They combine important sights and the picturesque Senne and heathland landscape. The "Hö7" circular route offers everything a cyclist's heart desires: beautiful landscapes in various districts of Hövelhof, the Berlin "Wall Memorial" and, to top it all off, the landmark of the Senne municipality - the Hövelhof hunting lodge.

Wonderful cycling through the pearls of Hövelhof - discover Riege and Espeln

Hövelhof with its unique Senne and heathland landscape offers you a varied cycle tour in combination with interesting sights. On the Hö7 - the Mühlen-Tour - you cycle through the Rixelbruch nature reserve with dunes and experience the districts of Riege and Espeln, embedded in a beautiful landscape. Particularly worth seeing along the route is the mill on the Furlbach stream, the charming meadows along the Holtebach stream, the Emsquell region with its park-like landscape, the typical farming community of Espeln and the Riege village school museum. The former prince-bishop's hunting lodge, the landmark of Hövelhof, awaits you as the crowning glory.

The cycle route takes you mainly along asphalted cycle paths and is well suited for families thanks to the flat landscape.
