Starting point Borchen town hall - after crossing the country road from Borchen to Etteln via the Altenau cycle path through the Altenau valley to Etteln - through Etteln - from Etteln towards the highway on the plateau - exit to Alfen - through Alfen to the new church - turn left there towards the Pasel & Loh- mann brickworks (Kleiner Hellweg) - through Wewersche Forst - approx. 600 m via the Delbrücker Weg - through the Wewersche Feldflur and along the Wewersche Wald - through Wewer via the Delbrücker Weg - Triftweg - Lanfert - Alter Hellweg - Heimatweg - on the Alme cycle path through the Almetal to Nordborchen - through Nordborchen via Altenaustraße - via the footpath/cycle path (section of the Altenau cycle path) back to the starting point.
