Weinwanderweg Oberdollendorf

Wine has been grown in Oberdollendorf and on the Middle Rhine for over 1000 years. At the beginning of the 1970s, however, viticulture was on the brink of collapse. The plots of land had become too small and too fragmented to be cultivated profitably. The solution came in the form of a land consolidation carried out between 1973 and 1979. A series of stations along the trail provide interesting facts about viticulture and the landscape. The magnificent views along the way invite you to linger.
