Die Externsteine - Mythos und Naturdenkmal

Other
Immerse yourself in the practice of forest bathing, known as "Shinrin Yoku", and experience the healing atmosphere of the Buddenberg Arboretum in Bad Driburg. This method, which originated in Japan, has been proven to boost the immune system, support mental health and increase general well-being. During a three-hour walk, the senses are sharpened: the focus is on seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting and feeling. The arboretum is home to over 200 native and exotic tree species on an area of around 10 hectares. From the gingko to the gum tree to the feather bush tree, there is plenty to discover. On a clear day, there are also impressive views of the Eggegebirge mountains and as far as the Weserbergland. A geological quarry and 20 burial mounds from the Bronze Age add to the natural experience. Prior registration is required. Take this opportunity to harmonize body and soul and experience nature in all its diversity.
