Fresh, regional & healthy cooking is a matter of course for us and our team. But in times when food companies are constantly reinventing themselves with frozen and ready-made products in the supermarkets, we can't say it loud and often enough: you won't find industrially prefabricated dishes, sauces or side dishes here! We also deliberately avoid flavor enhancers, flavorings and colorings.
As far as possible, we rely on regional suppliers and products from the neighborhood. For example, our potatoes come from the Meiners farm in Bad Iburg-Sentrup. We source most of our meat from Landfleischerei Beermann from Bad Laer. The burger buns come from a farm in Münsterland. We prepare all soups and sauces by hand and professionally ourselves. You won't find any powder mixtures in our kitchen!
A smart team and our modern kitchen equipment ensure that we can always cook fresh. Whether it's à la carte dishes, menus or buffets for small or large groups, it doesn't matter. And because you eat with your eyes, we present our dishes in an appealing way. We serve normal portions that fill you up. Chichi or overhanging schnitzels are not our thing.
In short: we don't cook anything that we wouldn't eat ourselves with a clear conscience and good taste.
Because we think "it has to be delicious." is the only way. Period.
