With André Folschweiller, a true professional is taking the helm of the club’s catering operations. This experienced restaurateur is anything but a novice: for over 45 years, he has shaped the regional dining scene with his restaurant ‘Grill au Bois’ in Neunkirchen, making it one of Germany’s most established steakhouses.

For the golf season from March to October, he is now expanding his involvement and bringing his experience to the Katharinenhof. In doing so, he adheres to a clear philosophy: the menu should constantly evolve – inspired by the wishes and needs of members and guests. One thing, however, has been clear from the outset: quality is the top priority. Fresh ingredients, culinary perfection and genuine enjoyment take centre stage – and are reflected in a correspondingly high-quality cuisine.

At the same time, a conscious effort is made to ensure balance: alongside exclusive dishes, there are also smaller dishes in the moderate price range of between 15 and 20 euros, so there is something to suit every occasion and taste.

The Katharinenhof itself captivates with its special location and stylish ambience. “A wonderful place,” as Folschweiller emphasises – ideal not only for a relaxed stop after a round of golf, but also for special occasions. Whether birthdays, weddings or bespoke events: alongside its own event formats, the team is also happy to accommodate personal requests.
