Comfortable underfloor heating provides additional coziness in the winter months. All rooms are non-smoking. The hotel was completely renovated in 2018. All rooms were renovated, redesigned and refurnished. Wake up to the smell of fresh bread rolls in the morning, because the day starts with a rich breakfast from the buffet.

A highlight in the annual calendar is the culinary event “Winemakers meet connoisseurs”. A selection of regional winegrowers will be on site in person to advise you on your choice of wine to accompany the menus from the Adler kitchen. There will also be live music.

For those who prefer something more active, there are numerous wine hiking and wine bike trails around Brackenheim. In addition to the local circular routes, the Württemberg Wine Hiking Trail and the Württemberg Wine Cycle Trail also run through Brackenheim. This means that nothing stands in the way of a hiking or cycling excursion in the wine landscape of the "Zabergäu" or in the Neckar Valley.
