The Bossow organic farm from Pegestorf is a member of our ECHT! family

.

In 1998, the Bossow family converted the family farm to organic farming and has been working according to Bioland guidelines ever since. The approx. 60-hectare mixed farm is located on the Weser in Pegestorf. The farm has 30 dairy cows and female offspring. There are also 3 hen houses, each with 300 laying hens. The eggs are sold in the farm store and also in food retailers and health food stores.

The fields are used to grow clover grass, peas, beans and cereals for animal feed and rye, spelt and potatoes for sale in the farm store. Rye and spelt are also processed and sold to the Wegener bakery in Hamelin as baking grain. The resulting baked goods are delivered fresh to the farm store on opening days.

For the Bossow family, "real!" means producing healthy regional food on their Bioland farm.
