The farm store with adjoining farm is located between Hils and Elfaß in the Weserbergland directly on the B 64. This is also where the feed for the pigs is grown, which is ground and mixed in-house. The pigs are kept on straw and fed a particularly large diet to ensure the special sausage quality.
The specialties of the house are 25 types of sausage in casings and tins. We also process the "roast pieces" into our unique Mettwurst sausage and many delicious sausage varieties according to traditional home butchery recipes.The motto is: Honor the good, resist the bad, practice the hard, love the beautiful.
