Fitness studio at TöwerVital

You don't want to miss out on fitness training during your holiday? Then head for the Juist fitness studio at TöwerVital. There, beautiful, bright rooms invite you to train.

Before you start training, we recommend a qualified briefing. There is a charge for this and it can take place after prior registration. Or you can book your personal trainer, who will also assist you individually with your training by prior arrangement.

Free training:

• Free weight area with rack as well as weight bench

Training with own weight:

• Climbing bar
• Dip station
• Hyperextension 45°
• Leg lifter
• Abdominal bench

Partially guided training:

• Diagonal pull up height adjustable (Cablecross)

Guided full body workout:

• We offer all the machines needed to train every muscle of the body.

Cardio training:

• 2 cross trainers
• 1 treadmill
• 1 rowing machine
• 1 recumbent bike

The fitness equipment comes from the company L+K from Rinteln and is 99% manufactured and produced in Germany.

Use of the fitness area is only permitted in suitable sports clothing and clean sports shoes.

In order to comply with Covid-19 protection specifications, attendance at the fitness studio is only possible as part of a prior online booking. You can reserve a suitable appointment for a period of 1.5 hours. The reservation is made up to one week before your planned visit. A longer stay than 1.5 hours is not possible!
