Since 2013, thanks to the Juist Foundation, you have had the opportunity to complete the fitness course at the Outdoor Fitness Training in Januspark. If you are older than 14 and taller than 1.50 m, you can use the weatherproof equipment after carefully reading the information boards.

- Back massager: massages and loosens the back and hips. The training on the horizontal massage roller strengthens the legs at the same time.
- Duplex shoulder trainer: trains the mobility of shoulders and elbows. Massages the palms. Promotes fine motor skills, coordination and balance.
- Back trainer: promotes mobility of the spine. Loosens and trains the back, hips and buttocks. The standing exercise also trains the sense of balance.
- Whole body trainer: all important muscle groups are stressed and strengthened. Trains coordination, increases endurance and stamina.
- Leg trainer: strengthens the leg muscles and promotes mobility. Trains coordination and balance. Increases endurance and stamina.
- Mobility trainer: trains the whole body, especially shoulders, back, hips and arms. Promotes flexibility and coordination.
