Krietzschwitz candle rooms (Pirna)

At the Krietzschwitzer Kerzenträume experience manufactory near Pirna, visitors can not only experience the age-old craft of candle making, but also create delicate individual pieces from wax such as lanterns, bowls or vases - as souvenirs or gifts for those at home.
 
A creative day in the candle-making workshop begins in a sociable atmosphere in the workshop. Here, individual candles, lanterns, vases and bowls in all shapes and colours are made, shaped and designed. A personal dedication or photo can be incorporated on request. While the finished handicrafts dry and harden, guests can enjoy regional dishes, home-baked cakes, fresh waffles and delicious organic ice cream in the in-house restaurant.
