Church
A place full of history and art: St John's Church in Dahlenburg impresses with its neo-Gothic style and an altar from the 14th century.
St John's Church in Dahlenburg was built in neo-Gothic style at the beginning of the 20th century. There has been a church on this site for around 750 years. The altar, which dates back to the 14th or 15th century and is skilfully crafted from oak wood, is particularly noteworthy.
In Dahlenburg, a visit to the 750-year-old Laurentius Chapel, which houses the local history museum, is also recommended.
